COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cutler Hammer ECN2438CAG parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Daynatrol products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dayton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Daqscribe-Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Daynatrol such as the 302405 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 10J174 manufactured by Dayton and we are pleased to be able to service most Dayton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DSC2200 by Manufacturer Daqscribe-Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Data-Technology Brand DTC510 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dalsa such as CRGEN0M1600 equipment made by Dalsa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dalsa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dalsa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 103808 made by Dayton as well as the popular 175Z7004 original spares produced by Danfoss Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 401200 by Data-Industrial and CRGEN0M1600 spares by Dalsa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 11G247 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dayton. |
